Camp attendance is available in 2 week/ 4 week/ and 7 week sessions. Students must attend all 7 weeks to be included in our main stage performance. Camp Session A: June 25th-July 6th (no camp on 7/4) Camp Session B: July 9th-July 20th Camp Session C: July 23rd-July August 10th Extended Summer August 13th-August 17th Campers must be picked up by 5:30pm. Extended day is available up until 6pm for an additional fee. Extended summer is also available for those seeking an 8th week of activities.
The camp day starts at 8am and ends at 5pm. You may drop off your child anytime between 8am and 8:45am and pick up anytime between 5pm and 5:30pm. Parents who wish to pick up their child before 5pm may do so, but make arrangements with our staff for early pick up. Your child has many activities planned throughout the day and we want to make sure that your camper will be ready for you upon arrival.
If your child is not age 6, we may be able to accommodate your camper. Keep in mind that we do not offer a "nap break" for children. Please speak to one of our team members to discuss whether our program is suitable for your child.
Registration is easy. To register your daughter for camp please complete the following: Step 1: Visit Register Now There you will select the session and payment plan that works best for you. The first payment is the non refundable $75 registration fee. If you choose to cancel camp enrollment you will have until June 1st to do so. Any payments made will be refunded minus the registration fee. After June 1st there are no cancellations or refunds. Step 2: Visit https://goo.gl/forms/t473HAhTnW6Dbrqf1 To complete the online registration form Step 3: Camp review phone call Once your payment and registration form is complete, you will receive an email confirming your registration. The first week of June someone from our team will contact you to review your summer camp plan (Medical forms, Drop Off procedure, Pick Up procedure, Lunches, Field Trips). At that time you will also be given details on our camp "Open House." In the event that we are unable to enroll your child in camp for the dates requested, then we will add your name to our wait list.
In the event that we are unable to enroll your child in camp for the dates requested, then we will add your name to our wait list. Families looking to add Camp Session C or all 3 Camp Sessions have a greater chance of moving from the wait list to full registration. When a spot becomes available we will notify you. We ask that you confirm or decline the session(s) offered within 24 hours. A 2nd payment will be taken once you accept the camp session offered.
The deposit for registration is $75 and is non refundable. You must notify us by June 1st 2018 if you no longer wish to keep the camp sessions your child is registered for in order to receive a partial refund (example: your child is registered for 3 sessions, but you end up booking a family flight in August. If you notify us by June 1st, then we will refund the tuition for Camp session C). If your child is enrolled in multiple sessions and after June 2st you wish to remove your child from camp prior to the completion of the camp sessions, then we are unable to offer a refund. Our program is small and we have selected a group of Campers that we believe will work well together. Turning away others is not easy and we want to make sure that those who join enjoy their camp experience.
Please keep an extra change of clothes at Camp. Students must bring a lunch from home (no food that requires heat or refrigeration). No valuables are allowed at camp. We will make a call station available for children. Make sure your camper has your phone number so they can call you if they want to say hello. Please do not send your camper to Camp with a Cell phone. We can not be responsible for lost or stolen property. Our Staff can not administer medication. Please notify the camp director if your child has medical needs that you believe will require adult assistance.
Our camp is small to ensure that each child gets the most out of the summer camp day. With less than 12 campers total, we are able to work with each child to develop their artistic interest. Our camp registration numbers are very strict and must remain within New York State requirements at all times. We can not make exceptions and admit siblings to sessions that are full.
