Breakin’ for Beginners: Intro to Break Dance Level 2

While these moves are easy for more experienced break dancers (b-boys and b-girls), they are difficult for absolute beginners. Be sure to complete Level 1, before trying level 2.
As an advanced beginner dancer, having knee pads and maybe even a winter cap can be helpful as they can give you the cushion for head balancing and remove friction for smoother spins.

Note you don’t need a professional skull cap, any winter cap will do, just no fluffy ball on the top.
