Adult Drop-In: Ballet Workout
This 55 minute ballet workout is designed to build strength and flexibility in a supportive environment. Using foundational ballet technique, participants can improve body awareness that will help in any style of dance. No leaps. No pointe shoes. We’ll move through arm positions and footwork for strength, as well as work on select spins. Unlike Barre Each class starts standing then finishes with stretching and strengthening on the floor.
