Tumbling at Home: Gymnastics, Acro, Flexibility (5 of 8)
Looking to learn basic Gymnastics, Acrobatics, and Tumbling skills at home? This beginner-friendly class is designed to help students learn Acro moves that require little space and zero equipment—unless you count socks and pillows as equipment. Each class starts with a high-energy warm-up before going into our tricks for the day. Students will work on cartwheels, splits, rolls, backbends (floor). We’ll rock out to our favorite pop songs as we work on improving flexibility, technique, strength, and balance. This class is a great place to start for those interested in gymnastics or looking at improving flexibility for dance.
