What about screen time?
As part of our healthy vision initiative, our camp format is broken up into 55 minutes of screen time, 55 minute minimal screen usage, 55 minutes of screen time. Every camp day offers at least one movement based class which is gamified. Through activities that are gamified and encourage independent choice, students are focusing more on their decision making and less on their screens. This means out of 55 minutes a total of 30-40 minutes be spent focused on the screen.
