Get a fun workout while moving to your favorite hip hop and pop songs. This workout uses street style dances including Hip Hop and Latin Dance moves to get a fun cardio workout. No dance experience is required. This not a choreography class. Students will focus on getting a workout while dancing, while also learning dance moves they can do just for fun to any song. At the start of each class the instructor will ask if anyone has a song they would like to hear. Then we'll get moving. With each song, students will be asked to follow a pattern (usually two dance moves), then we'll repeat the moves and vary between moving slow, fast, and adding different arm moves throughout the song.
Of course, everyone is welcome to sing along to their favorite jam.

What to Bring to Class:
- No special equipment required
- If wearing shoes: sandals, flip flops, and crocs are not recommended
