No refunds for purchasing services or gift cards.

- In-Person Dance Class

Refunds for Products Purchased
Products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Given that each product is made to order, we are only able to offer an exchange for the following reasons:
- Package unopened
- Product is the wrong size/ Customer ordered the wrong size
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection for your request to exchange the item.
A refund will only be issued if an cancelation request is received within 24 hours of the order being placed and if the product has to been prepared for shipment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
To return your product, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive return instructions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
