Refund Policy for Services (Live Online Instruction)

A refund will only be issued if a cancelation request is received within 24 hours of the order being placed and if the course has not already started. No refunds will be given if it is more than 24 hours since the original purchase. No refunds given if the live class has already started. No refunds for same day purchases (purchase is made the same day the class is schedule to begin).

  • Online Dance Class
  • Online Private Lesson

Refund Policy for Services (Live In Person Instruction)

The above refund policy applies to: Non-returnable and Non-refundable items:

  • In-Person Dance Class
  • In-Person Private Lesson
  • In-Person Workshop

Refund Policy for Products (shipped, does not include On Demand)

Products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Given that each product is made to order, we are only able to offer an exchange for the following reasons:

  • Package unopened
  • Product is the wrong size/ Customer ordered the wrong size

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection for your request to exchange the item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
