What to expect…

Before the Party:

Let our party concierges assist with planning a fun filled virtual birthday party. You can pick from one of our preset themes or have a customized party theme created based on your child’s interest. We offer two types of remote parties: Budget Bash and Grand Gala. Families are welcome to upgrade their party experience through a number of additional services.

Budget Bash is suitable for the family who already has a plan and would like to add an hour* of online activities to their event.

Grand Gala is suitable for families who would prefer that someone else handle the logistics. We’ll send out the invitations, mail party packages to your guests to enhance the theme, can even have cupcakes delivered to guests, and can even assist with catering the in-home portion of your event. Parties can run 1-2 hours by adding a magic show, makeup session, or Robotics lesson.

Day of the Party:

We generally log on 5 minutes early to test sound with the family. If you are providing your own Zoom link then we understand that sound check may not be an option for you. We understand that sometimes the requested activity will take place in the middle of a birthday party. Our experience party instructors will be able to adjust based on your needs. Parties run 55 minute ( children under the age of 5 may only be able to handle 45 minutes of engagement).

DO YOU OFFER IN HOME LESSONS?

Rehearsals can be done In Home or In Studio.

WHAT IF I CAN’T DANCE ?

Everyone can dance! We’ll go through a variety of moves until we find the one’s that work for you and your friends.

CAN YOU HELP WITH THE FATHER/ DAUGHTER DANCE?

Yes. These are usually simple and sweet. Mother daughter dance help also available.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

No. Be sure to contact Rae before you purchase a package so that we work within your budget and schedule wisely.

WILL YOU BE AT MY QUINCE OR SWEET 16?

Rae’s attendance at your event is included in the Queen and Royal Family package. You will discuss before hand what is the best time for her to arrive.

WHAT IF EVERYONE DOESN’T SHOW UP TO REHEARSAL?

Sadly this is normal when planning a Quince or Sweet 16. Gathering friends for rehearsal can be stressful. Ultimately, we will record lessons so everyone can practice at home as well.

CAN YOU HELP WITH A WALTZ, BACHATA, OR SALSA ?

Yes. Many past clients have had a hip hop routine plus a traditional dance like Salsa, Bachata, or Waltz. Share your ideas. We got this!

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW THE SONGS ?

No problem. Bring a few songs to choose from. Sometimes dancing it out is the best way to figuring it out.
